Refund Policy*
I agree to the Refund policy.
If your visa interview appointment has not been set up by us in 72 hours, you will be entitled to a full refund.

If you decide to cancel your appointment 1 week before your interview, a partial refund of 50% of our service fees of CAD $42.50 will be issued and your appointment will be cancelled.

If you decide to cancel your appointment 2 weeks before your interview, a partial refund of 60% of our service fees of CAD $51.00 will be issued and your appointment will be cancelled.

Cancellations 96 hours before the interview will not be possible and no refund will be given.

NOTE: Applicants who have been instructed by the appointment system to send their documents via courier can not be refunded.
